Some coral salads (crunchy but taste a bit bitter)
1/4 of tomato (can be replaced with cherry tomato)
2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper (coarse)
- Slice the coral salad and tomato into small pieces (around 1 cm)
- Mix them with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Ready to be served.
