Resepi Air Asam Belacan dengan Tomato



Bahan-bahan:
2 ulas bawang besar
1 tangkai cili merah (besar)
10 tangkai cili padi hijau
1 biji tomato
1 kiub belacan (anggaran 1 inci)
1 biji limau nipis
1/2 sudu teh garam

Cara-cara:
  1. Hiris halus bawang besar, cili merah, cili padi dan tomato.
  2. Bakar belacan.
  3. Campur belacan yang sudah dibakar ke dalam (1).
  4. Perah limau nipis.
  5. Masukkan sedikit garam.
  6. Gaulkan dengan menggunakan sudu (takut tangan pedas) sambil di tekan-tekan supaya tomato dan bawang keluarkan air - Tidak perlu tambah air.
Cadangan hidangan: dimakan dengan ikan bakar, nasi daging, ayam bakar.

The end of 2016

Bismillah. 

Alhamdulillah atas segala nikmat kurniaan Allah yang tidak terbilang.

Today marks the end of 2016. 

Different people had gone through different journey. Each of us has our own 2016 story.

From time to time, we want to improve ourselves in all expects. 

We can't change the past. We should not regret what has past. If we made a mistake, take it as a lesson and try not to repeat the same mistake in the future. No regret. Don't punish ourselves. Give ourselves a room to become a better person.

I never imagine I will experience all things that I experienced in 2016. But Allah's plan the best. There must be a 1001 reasons behind it.

If there is a heart that I hurt, please forgive me.

I am closing the 2016 book.

Year 2017 gives another 365 days of blank pages to be written as our history. I am quite nervous to know what it will be. May Allah hold my heart and iman until my last breath.
